Eating cheesecake for the first time as a child I remember being amazed to find that it was something sweet. Now, however, a savoury cheesecake seems more surprising. Here is one: light-textured, rich and succulent. It looks very pretty with its shining combination of red, green and white and it is quite straightforward to make. Serve with brown toast or crunchy bread.
