This delicious herb-cured salmon makes perfect party food and you can prepare it up to a week ahead. It also makes a good dinner party starter and you can just serve it on rye bread as open sandwiches. In fact, you can treat it in almost exactly the same way as you would smoked salmon, except I wouldn’t recommend it with scrambled eggs.
