Nasi Minyak Batanghari Daging Masak Hitam: Spiced Pineapple Compote

Ingredients

  • 1 pc pineapple, cut into 2x2 cm cubes
  • 40 gr shallot (about 8 cloves), chopped
  • 30 gr garlic (about 6 cloves), chopped
  • 75 gr red chilli, chopped (optional)
  • 50 gr sugar
  • 1 tbs vinegar
  • 3 gr salt (about ½ teaspoon)
  • 2 finger cinnamon stick
  • 3 pcs cloves pineapple pacri

Method

Directions

In a mixing bowl, put shallot, garlic and red chilli. Add sugar, vinegar, and salt. Mix well. Simmer as Indian chutney.
