Green Tomato Stuffed With Gadon

Banana leaves are sometimes hard to find, especially for those who don’t live in tropical countries. You can replace banana leaves with small green tomatoes or paprika. It is well-presented and can be eaten whole.

For the previous recipe, use about 25 pieces small size green tomatoes, top-part removed and deseeded. Put the filling into the green tomatoes. Stick lemongrass and slip bay leaf in the meat. Set the steamer at 100°C, steam all the filled tomatoes for 15 minutes.
