As much as I’ve tried, I just can’t get my kids to enjoy porridge. It’s such a shame since oats are a fantastic form of slow-release energy and a far better way to start the day than a bowl of sugary cereals. So, I tend to hide the oats in something I know they’d enjoy. This isn’t for every day, but for when we’re in a hurry. This is super-quick to prepare and will always get a thumbs-up from the kids.
