This is my sneaky way of giving everyone a good dose of fruit in a glass, but for an added bonus, I’ve included some chia seeds. They don’t make any difference to the flavour and give a great boost of calcium, protein, fibre and omega-3 fatty acids, which is ideal for those family members who don’t, or should I say ‘won’t’, eat much fish in their diet.
