This takes minutes to throw together, is wonderfully healthy – and tastes like ice cream… that’s a treble win in my book! You do need to think ahead with this though and pre-freeze your bananas. My best bit of advice here is to buy some over-ripe bananas next time you see some, and freeze them straightaway. Simply peel and roughly chop first and store in a container.
