Line 2 or 3 baking sheets with silicone or baking parchment and grease the narrow handles of wooden spoons to shape the biscuits.

Ingredients

  • 50 g /2 oz / ½ stick unsalted butter

Method

Heat the butter, sugar and Golden Syrup in a small heavy saucepan until the butter has melted. Remove from the heat and mix in the rest of the ingredients. Line a baking sheet with silicone paper and drop very small spoonfuls of the mixture on the sheet, well spaced. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/350°F/gas mark 4
