Ingredients: 50 g/2 oz/scant ½ cup icing sugar; 50 g/2 oz/½ stick unsalted butter, softened but not oily; a drop or two of pink or red food colouring; a drop or two of pink or red food colouring; 2 tablespoons rosewater

Method

Mix all the ingredients until you have a smooth mass. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use, then allow to come to room temperature.
