My goal with every recipe is to bake something that I end up craving, something that I keep reaching for. That’s when I know the recipe is finally where I want it. I created this recipe as a healthful breakfast option that is moist, earthy, filled with fiber, and just as enticing as the rest of our more indulgent offerings. With all the bran and raisins and “bird seed,” these hearty muffins are packed with goodness and, even better, impossible to resist.
