Sometimes plain brioche isn’t quite enough. And sometimes brioche with all sorts of treats mixed and shaped and folded in is a little too much to start off your morning. That’s when these buns are perfect. We take little squares of brioche dough, bake to a beautiful golden brown, brush with melted butter (there’s never too much of that, right?), and roll them around in spiced sugar. They are a crunchy, buttery, delightful way to begin the day.
