My family loves peanut butter cookies and this recipe makes a very good peanut butter cookie. Was hard to wait for the cookie dough to rest in the refrigerator overnight. I added some dark 60% chocolate chips to the mix. I have baked other Joanne Chang recipes, always spot on with the taste and flavor.
