Potato Bread

Adding potatoes to bread dough brings an earthy taste and fluffy texture that is truly delicious. At Flour, we have one sandwich bread (the focaccia) that we make for all our sandwiches, but our chefs are always clamoring for new breads to try. One day, Nicole and I came up with this one.
