Adding potatoes to bread dough brings an earthy taste and fluffy texture that is truly delicious. At Flour, we have one sandwich bread (the focaccia) that we make for all our sandwiches, but our chefs are always clamoring for new breads to try. One day, Nicole and I came up with this one. After tasting it and then snacking on it all day, there was hardly any left for making sandwiches. So we made another batch, and one of our chefs made a meatloaf sandwich
