  • 8 oz (225 g) unsalted butter
  • 4–5 tablespoons finely chopped parsley

Method

Soften the butter. Whizz all in a food processor until smooth.

And so it goes on. You can use fresh tarragon, smoked salmon or whatever you fancy to flavour butter.
