Ingredients

  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 5 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 4 tablespoons

Method

Sauté the onion and garlic in the olive oil until they are golden. Then add the rest of the ingredients and simmer gently for 30 minutes, at least. Liquidise and pass through a fine sieve. Et voilà. To be served hot or cold, as required.
