  • 2 oz (50 g) unshelled prawns or shrimps
  • Dash of anchovy essence
  • Juice of

Method

Grind the prawns or shrimps in a food processor. Add the anchovy essence, lemon juice and the softened butter. Whizz in your machine till smooth.
