Ingredients

  • 30 black peppercorns
  • 6 bay leaves
  • 3 sprigs rosemary

Method

Stuff all the dry ingredients into a pint (1 litre) bottle, cover with the olive oil, whack in the cork and leave for a week or two, to use as and when you wish. The perfect oil for grilling.
