A sauce that goes very well with red meats and fish.

Ingredients

  • 7 fl oz (200 ml) (double) cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh horseradish, grated<

Method

Gently heat the double cream for 3-4 minutes and then whisk in the horseradish, salt and white pepper and cook for a further 3 minutes over a low heat.
