Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) ripe tomatoes
  • 3 dashes Tabasco sauce

Method

Liquidise the tomatoes and strain through a fine sieve - throw away the pips etc which remain in the sieve. Add the rest of the ingredients, whisk with a fork and serve with any grill, particularly fish.
