Method

Sauté the garlic in some of the butter until it is lightly browned. Add the rest of the butter and the lemon juice. Let the butter melt and put the sauce to one side.

Thread the squid rings onto skewers and grill for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot with lemon-garlic butter.
