Ingredients

  • 6 × 6 oz (175 g) swordfish steaks
  • 3 cloves garlic, sliced

Method

Stick the slices of garlic and sprigs of rosemary into the swordfish. Smear the fish with oil and season well with the salt and pepper. Grill for about 15 minutes over a medium fire until tender.
