  • 4 slices tuna
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely crushed
  • 1 tablespoon</

Method

Rub the crushed garlic into the fish and oil them on both sides. Cook over a gentle fire for about 15 minutes, turning them every 5 minutes or so. Sprinkle with salt during the cooking process.
