You could serve these prawns on fingers of toasted buttered bread. You can cook langoustines or gambas, indeed all kinds of shellfish, in this way but remember - don’t overcook them.
If your grill does not incorporate a flat metal surface then you will have to improvise with an iron frying pan which you place on the coals.
