Naturally you can use any combination of fish or shellfish to make this extremely simple and delightful kebab. The important thing is that the fish should be very fresh.

Ingredients

  • 12 langoustine tails
  • 12 large peeled prawns
  • 12 large mussels, cooked and shelled
  • Large

Method

Thread the ingredients onto 8 skewers in an attractive combination, brush with the oil and grill for about 4 minutes on each side.
