  • 4 × 8 oz (225 g) sirloin steaks

Method

Grind pepper over each steak and rub them well with the oil. Cook them for 3-4 minutes on each side over a hot fire. Place them on a hot serving dish, add salt and a slice of wine butter to each steak.
