  • About

Here is another dish for inexperienced husband-cooks. This recipe is ideally suited to the cheaper cuts of beef so it won’t matter terribly if he overcooks it. The main thing with husbands is to encourage them as much as possible without risking the housekeeping or your stomach lining.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of beef steak, about 6 oz (175 g) each
  • 1-2 tablespoons<

Method

Mix the marinade ingredients together and steep the meat in it for 1 hour.

Grill the meat, turning and basting with the marinade for 6-8 minutes. Any marinade left over can be gently heated with a tablespoon or two of cream and poured over the meat as a sauce.
