  • 8 lamb chops
  • 1 oz (25 g) butter
  • 4

Method

First you must make the sauce. You can do this at any time and heat it through when you want to serve it.

Put the butter, the bacon and the onions into a frying pan and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the mushrooms and pour in the wine. Add salt and pepper to taste and reduce the sauce over a low gas until the wine has almost evaporated. Now add the cream and cook for a further 2 minutes.
