Ingredients

  • 4 lamb chops
  • 1 tablespoon tarragon, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons

Method

Mix the tarragon, oil, salt and pepper together and marinate the chops for 2 hours.

Grill the chops and tomatoes for 5 minutes on each side. During the course of the cooking paint on the remainder of the marinade. Once both are cooked, sprinkle with salt and serve with cauliflower cheese.
