Ingredients

  • lb (700 g) lamb, cubed

Method

Marinate the cubes of lamb for 2 hours at least.

Thread the meat onto skewers and cook for 10 minutes, turning frequently.

Whisk the ingredients of the sauce together until it emulsifies and serve these delicately flavoured kebabs with rice.
