Ingredients

  • lb (550 g) shoulder of lamb, cut into cubes
  • 16 small onions, cut in half

Method

Marinate the meat for at least 2 hours in the oil, cinnamon, cumin and cayenne.

Skewer the meat and the onions alternately and grill for 15 minutes, turning frequently. Season with salt and pepper and serve with cucumber dressed with yoghurt and lemon juice.
