  • lb (700 g) lean lamb, cubed
  • Salt and pepper

Method

Season the meat with salt and pepper and marinate in a mixture of the soy sauce, lemon juice and garlic for about an hour.

Thread the meat onto skewers and grill for about 15 minutes, turning regularly. Serve with sprinklings of soy sauce and garnish with the sliced raw onion.
