  • 12 oz (350 g) fillet of pork, cubed

Method

Ensure that the meat and liver cubes are roughly the same size as the prunes.

Thread the meat, liver and prunes alternately onto 4 skewers, brush with oil and grill for 10 minutes or so. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
