Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) pork fillet, cubed
  • 24 fresh sage leaves

Method

Load 4 skewers with the meat, sage, bread and mushrooms in the order of your preference. Paint them with oil and grill gently for about 15 minutes, turning several times. Season with salt and pepper and serve with mashed potato topped with cheese and gratinéed.
