Ingredients

  • 3 lb (1.4 kg) lean pork spare ribs, trimmed and chined for ease of separating after cooking

Method

Mix all the ingredients for the marinade together. Cover the spare ribs and leave for at least 4 hours.

Cook over medium hot coals, turning occasionally, for about 30-40 minutes until brown.
