Ingredients

  • lb (700 g) lamb’s liver, cut into thick slices
  • 4-6 rashers bacon, rinds removed

Method

Mix together the marinade ingredients and coat the liver slices in a shallow dish. Leave for 1 hour.

Drain the liver, keeping the marinade to one side. Grill the slices of liver for 10-12 minutes over a medium fire, turning once. Grill the bacon until it is crispy and brown. Heat the marinade and serve with the liver and bacon.
