Why not give your liver a rest and make jugs of iced yoghurt and milk whisked together and seasoned with salt, and quaff this creamy drink with the kebabs? It’s terrific.
Wash and dry the chicken. Remove the skin and cut the flesh into cubes.
Mix all the marinade ingredients in a large bowl and add the chicken pieces, making sure that all the pieces are covered with the marinade. Leave for 2 hours.
Thread the chicken onto skewers and grill for about 10 minutes, turning frequently. Serve with rice and salad.
