Ingredients

  • 1 rabbit, cut into 24 pieces

Method

Remove the irritating little bones from the rabbit, leaving only the big ones.

Mix the marinade ingredients together and cover the rabbit pieces. Leave for 15 minutes.

Thread the bits onto skewers and grill for about 15 minutes, turning from time to time, basting with the marinade.
