Venison Chops with Bacon

• 8 venison chops
• 8 slices of smoked bacon

Mix the marinade ingredients together. Marinate the chops for 1 hour.

Now simply grill the chops for 5 minutes on each side and just before they are cooked, grill the bacon for a minute or two on each side.
