  • 4 peaches, cut in half
  • 4 apricots, cut in half
  • 12 stoned black cherries
  • Large

Method

Don’t peel the fruit, but wash and dry it and put it to macerate in the liqueur for 10 minutes. Drain the fruit and don’t throw the liqueur away - don’t drink it either: you’ll need it in a minute.

Prepare 4 kebabs by threading each one with half a peach, a cherry, half an apricot, a cherry etc. Now sprinkle them all liberally with sugar and pop them on the grill for 5-8 minutes or unti
