  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 large tablespoons <

Method

Gently fry the onion in the butter in a large saucepan. Add the millet or oats when the onions have turned golden. Add the chicken stock and simmer 15 minutes, or until the millet is quite tender. Season with salt and pepper.
