Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 lb (500 g) live grey shrimps

Method

Melt the butter and, when it is bubbling, throw in the shrimps and toss them for 3 minutes over a medium heat. Add the Cognac and flame. Serve immediately.
