Ingredients

  • Noodles – as required
  • Equal quantities of Béchamel Sauce and single cream, mixed together
  • Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Black pepper

Method

Cook the noodles in the usual way and strain them. Return to the saucepan and cover with the Béchamel Sauce and cream mixture. Stir in some grated Parmesan cheese and re-heat gently. Season well with black pepper.
