  • 10 fl oz (300 ml) fromage blanc

Method

Combine the fromage blanc with the cream and mix in the herbs. Season with salt and pepper and spread over the pancakes. Roll them into tubes and serve with a salad of perhaps celery, nuts and lettuce.
