  • 6 heads chicory
  • 6 thin slices ham (preferably a cured ham like Bayonne)

Method

Wrap each chicory head in a slice of ham, then wrap in a pancake. Add the cheese to the Béchamel Sauce and pour over the pancakes. Brown under the grill.
