Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • Olive oil
  • 1 lb (500 g) green lentils

Method

Fry the onion in olive oil until it is golden. Add the lentils, sausages and smoked bacon, the garlic, all the herbs and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with water and leave to simmer for about 1 hour.
