  • 1 cup cornflour, sifted
  • 1 cup plain flour, sifted

Method

Mix everything together well, adding the butter and eggs last. Pack the mixture into a pie dish, drizzle a little melted butter over the top and sprinkle with a little flour. Bake in a hot oven, gas mark 7, 425°F (220°C), for 35 minutes.
