Method

The night before you make the cake, mix the yeast with a little warm water and leave in a warm place.

Put the flour and salt on a pastry board and make a well in the centre. Beat the eggs with the sugar and pour on to the floor with the yeast. Knead the dough until it is completely smooth. Add the butter little by little, until the dough is smooth again. Allow to rest until it is well r
