  • 8 fl oz (250 ml) Whipped cream
  • 2 teaspoons wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Pinch pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • teaspoons grated horseradish

Method

Mix all the ingredients together.
