Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons caster sugar
  • Good dash whisky
  • Juice 1 lemon

Method

Melt the sugar in the whisky and lemon juice until you have a delicious whisky-flavoured syrup. Allow to cool. Whip the cream until thick and frothy and carefully stir into the whisky syrup. Pour into little pots or glasses and refrigerate before serving.
