Method

To 4 oz (125 g) of flaked finnan haddock add a little cayenne pepper, 1 oz (25 g) butter, 2 tablespoons thick cream and 1 dessertspoon of chopped parsley. Heat, spread on buttered toast and sprinkle with chopped parsley and cayenne pepper.
